I've been running back and forth across the state for Alzheimer's Awareness Month! I always joke that this is the best kind of tired to be-- I may be running on fumes but I know that it's all for creating a future for 5.5 million. So it really is, the best kind of tired to be.
I was so excited to speak at the inaugural Forget Me Not Gala at the Discovery Park in Union City, Tennessee.
It was such a pleasure getting to see old friends and make new ones, and to spend the evening with my family and to share our story about how we have been affected by Alzheimer's disease, and the hope we have in a cure coming soon.
Thanks for reading about my rhinestoned road trips, y'all.
All my love,
